8. PRACTITIONERS/THERAPIST

We will do our best to accommodate your request for a specific practitioner or therapist, or a practitioner or therapist of a specific gender. However, we cannot guarantee this. All our practitioners and therapists are trained in all of our treatments and protocols, so you can be confident that you will receive high-quality care regardless of who you are assigned to.

9. MAKE UP

To ensure the best possible results for your treatment, please remove all makeup, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products before your appointment. Our practitioners will cleanse the area, but we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions caused by products that remain in your skin.

10. LIABILITY POLICY

Wellship Clinic will not be held liable for any economic losses (including, but not limited to, loss of profit) or any other special, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of any goods and/or services to the client. Your statutory rights will be protected.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide us with all relevant medical details before each treatment. We will not be held liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Wellship Clinic regarding the care of a treated area.

11. MACHINE MAINTANENCE POLICY

In the event of the machine maintenance, we will need to reschedule your appointment and will aim to notify you at the earliest opportunity. This is to ensure we maintain a continuously high level of service.

12. TREATMENT SESSIONS POLICY

All Laser Hair Removal packages (both women and men) are to be booked as one appointment and all areas included in the package need to be treated during that appointment. Please note we are unable to split the treated areas to multiple appointments.

13. TREATMENT PROGRAM CONDITIONS

  1. Only the services listed on the invoice will be provided. We will not honor any handwritten or verbal commitments.
  2. When you purchase a prepaid program, you agree that the treatment fee is non-refundable, even if you change your mind, miss appointments, or discontinue treatment. All installments must be paid as agreed in the treatment agreement form.
  3. All treatment areas must be treated on the same day. If you are unable to get all areas treated included in your package, the prepaid treatment area will be cancelled. Treatments or services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

14. PRICING POLICY 

  1. We reserve the right to change any of our treatments, products and services, including their prices at any time without prior warning or notice. Treatment/service prices may vary from client to client depending on their individual needs and the program, service, or product they purchase.
  2. We sometimes offer promotional prices on certain treatment areas. Here are the terms and conditions that apply to our limited-time offer promotions:
  3. Promotional prices are only valid for the specified time period of the promotion. If you receive a quote during a promotional period and choose not to accept it, we reserve the right to not honor that quote once the promotion has expired. No extensions will be granted.
  4. All of our promotional prices are subject to our refund and cancellation policies. Please read these policies carefully before making any purchase.
  5. Our promotional 3-6 treatment prepaid programs have a 12-month validity. Our promotional 7-10treatment prepaid programs have an 18-month validity.

Please make a thoughtful selection, as we are unable to offer refunds on any products, services, or treatment programs, regardless of whether they were purchased at a promotional or full rate. For more information, please see the Refund and Cancellation policies section.

15. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

For your safety and peace of mind, we recommend that you leave all Jewellery and valuables at home during your visit to the Wellship Clinic. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

16. CLINIC TRANSFER POLICY

Due to treatment records, we cannot transfer treatments from one clinic to another. Clients must continue and finish their course of treatment at the clinic where they started. If you wish to transfer to a different clinic, you will need to start a new treatment or course.

17. MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are you are pregnant, or have a history of skin pigmentation.

18. CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We value your time and appreciate your understanding that your appointment is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary, so we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is 50% of the reserved service amount for appointments made within 24 hours, and 100% of the reserved service amount for no-shows. for Appointments made within the 24-hour period: Please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

We understand that things come up, but please do your best to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our team members’ schedules filled. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service, and our policies help us to achieve this.

Treatment Appointments

To avoid disappointment, please schedule your treatment appointments well in advance of your prepaid package’s expiration date. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for unused treatments attached to expired prepaid packages or gift cards.

 Appointment Confirmation

As a courtesy, we will send you a text message appointment confirmation 3 business days in advance and 24 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you or can only leave a message, please understand that you are responsible for remembering your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

19. DISCOUNT & GIFT VOUCHER:

Discount & Gift vouchers are intended for one-time use only, and shall be treated as used even if you cancel your service or treatment package. All Gift vouchers expire after 12 months and cannot be extended. If you don’t show up for your appointment, your voucher will be void. All Discount & Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

20. TREATMENT AND GIFT CARD EXPIRATION POLICIES 

Gift Card Expiration

Gift cards purchased at the clinic, online, or as part of a promotion expire 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend redeeming your gift card before it expires to enjoy all its benefits.

To avoid disappointment, please schedule your treatment appointments well in advance of your prepaid package’s expiration date, or use your gift card before it expires. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for unused treatments attached to expired prepaid packages or gift cards.

21. PROMOTIONS POLICY: 

It is important to note that our promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Promotions must be redeemed within 2 months of purchase.

22. CHANGES OF PACKAGES:

We generally do not allow changes to treatment packages, but we may approve them on a case-by-case basis. If we approve a change to your package, the following applies: All packages and unused portions of packages are valid for 18 months only.

23. REFUSAL OF TREATMENTS

We have the right to refuse treatment to anyone, where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason. Our clinicians’ decisions in this regard are final.

24. RESERVED RIGHTS 

  1. Wellship Clinic reserves the right to change or implement its pricing structure at any time, for your initial or future payments.
  2. Wellship Clinic’s reserves the right to change and alter these conditions without any notification.
  3. Your access to the Site may be suspended without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or any reason beyond our control.

25. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue our website at any time.

Our website is free to use, and we do our best to keep it available and uninterrupted. However, we may need to suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of our website for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such changes.
