Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not available once payment has been made. Only in exceptional circumstances may appointments be rescheduled or payment for treatment plans be changed and adjusted into new treatment plans.
The following information will help you understand the refund and cancellation policies in more details.
- We offer a free consultation before starting any procedures so that you know what to expect, including possible side effects and outcomes. Therefore, we have a no-refund policy for changes of mind or circumstances, such as moving elsewhere, finding the same product, service or Packagescheaper elsewhere, simply not liking it, or having no use for it. We also do not offer refunds if you choose to discontinue treatments.
- If you have started treatment and have had a few sessions, but then decide to discontinue treatment for change your mind about a purchased treatment and no treatments have been redeemed, or you will not be eligible for a refund for any received treatments. However, we are happy to exchange or transfer your balance amount toany other treatment plan and product offered by the clinic, or offer you a credit note.
- We understand that you may be disappointed if your treatment does not achieve the desired results. In these cases, you can’t request a refund based on their interpretation of the treatment results; we are unable to offer refunds in any of these cases. Due to the variable nature of human skin, it is impossible to guarantee specific outcomes. However, we cannot guarantee results, and additional treatment may be required. The treatment of side effects and complications is included in the cost of the procedure. All treatments are undertaken at your own risk, as stated in the consent form.
- Refunds will not be given for requests based on delays, the advice obtained, the effectiveness of treatment, or the results of the consultation.
- all prepaid treatment packages of 7-10 sittings and laser hair removal packages purchased from us will expire and automatically be cancelled after 18 months from the purchase date, except for the prepaid treatment packages of 3-6 sittings, which will expire and automatically be cancelled after 12 months. Expired packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.Services shall not be rendered beyond the expiry of the validity period. - We understand that there are times when you may need to put your service package on hold. For reasons such as pregnancy, surgeries, severe illness, exams, and emergency travel, we will hold your service fees for up to one year from the date of payment. And we recommend tocontact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and we will be happy to make arrangements.
- Services and treatment packages can only be cancelled and refunded if we are unable to provide the services. In this case, we will refund the full amount of the package, minus any taxes.
